The Lodge’s 75 rooms are scattered throughout the 28-acre property offering views of the gardens, vineyards, and Santa Lucia Mountains. All accommodations feature a patio or balcony, deep soaking tub, fireplace, radiant heat bathroom floors and twice-daily housekeeping. Guests appreciate the Lodge’s proximity to all that the Carmel and Monterey Peninsula have to offer, while also enjoying amenities and activities provided on-property including a spa, tennis courts, bocce ball, swimming pool and adults-only jacuzzi with vineyard views.

In August, the Carmel Valley typically enjoys pleasant and warm summer temperatures. The average daytime temperature is 84°F and average nighttime temperature is 72°F. While there is less chance of rain during this month, due to its close proximity to the Pacific Ocean, the area tends to experience early morning fog. Please be sure to consult the forecast prior to your departure.

We are pleased to offer credentials to both The Quail and Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance on Friday, August 15 and Sunday, August 17. Please note that Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has paused show field displays and hospitality for 2025. Credentials to The Quail include access to the show field and the event’s food and beverage offerings, while credentials to Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance include access to the show field.
We are pleased to offer Rolls-Royce chauffeured transportation to off-property activities or venues for pick-up and drop-off service, based on vehicle availability, during the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily. Please call or text 888-853-4780 to schedule a transfer.
Should you require transportation outside of these hours or a driver remaining on standby, it is recommended to secure your own vehicle and driver.
Rolls-Royce chauffeured transportation and shuttle transportation will also be available to The Quail and Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. We will work diligently to provide prompt transfers; however, the region experiences heavy traffic during Monterey Car Week. For this reason, we suggest including additional travel time when planning your day.
